Thanks Lisa - I put a 10% thingy there (there was already a gaussian blur in the centre) but the new shadow has made all the difference :) there is one drawback with the photo - the vanishing lines to the side, which seem to show up the under/overlays on this light photo so I'm going to do a poll with 2 different photos tomorrow. Really appreciate your help!

Hi Lisa, thanks for your comment on my "Party Dino" submission! I had some of the same concerns as you raised initially, but I think it will be doable (And hopefully won't hinder customers at all in case the live preview doesn't work). I left a screenshot in the comments that shows how others designs handle personalization in cases where a live preview may not be doable. I'm crossing my fingers though :) Thanks again and best of luck! I admire your work!

No worries! People in the States can`t really pronounce my first name, since it has an "Umlaut", the o with two dots on top. : )

So happy about your comment and the win. I feel, like I am getting more a feel for things and learned so much from seeing others work how they use type and colors. By the way, my first name is Dörthe (like Dorothy). Frau means mrs. in German and I use it as my designer name, because kids from an art class call me frau brandt. Always love your work and humor and the avocado card!

Hi Lisa, I am so grateful for your helpful feedback on Pineapple Holiday - I spent so long working out how to do the foil and organising it that I just couldn't quite get the hierarchy in the right order - I think I didn't quite know what that even meant until you explained it.
