One of my favorite sayings, and one that I use often....never underestimate the power of a simple shape. These are hand drawn shapes and come together to make a simple yet striking print. Mid century, mod, Palm Springs in the 60s, swimsuits, tiki motifs....those are the things that were running through my head as I sketched these shapes this past summer, sitting poolside and watching my children swim.
