Hey, Kerri! Thanks so much for your comment on my Love Light design - I really appreciate it! I've changed the heart shape a little - hopefully for the better! I did not ignore your transparency comment, and think that would be cool if the photo was full-bleed, but the photos I am using are not extending to the edges of the card under that heart, so I think it make be best to keep the color block opaque here. THANKS!!!!

Hey, Kerri! Thanks for your comment on Droplet - I know I'm nuts...I'm always trying to get something done before one of the kids wakes up or needs something, or between other things - in my rush, I tend to upload things too soon, and notice things that need changing right after I upload. Throw a little OCD in the mix, and, well, many of my designs have a ridiculous number of versions. I've said it before - Minted needs a prize for most versions and I'd win every time! I wish I could get it right the first time... :)

Kerri - thank you so much for your nice comments on my Lovely Laurel and Butterfly Kisses designs. I'm happy my improvement is noticeable - I am used to using other software and mixed media to create my designs and just started using Illustrator in February to submit to Minted (it's a free crash course in Illustrator!!). Thank you for taking the time to notice and comment! And good luck on your all designs, too!

Kerri, Nice to meet a newbie like me too :) As far as the canon I do love my canon and it does do solid color printing but it uses ALOT of ink to do so. For me it depends on he design but some of them I do print with the canon and for some of the others I digitally print. I dont love my digital printer - its VERY cranky - and I am in the market for another solid ink printer so I will share with you what I find! I have not looked into a CIS system for my printer as I am super super picky about ink colors but I am going to check the link you sent. Follow up with me at anita_brown2@gmail.com. :)
