HEY!!! I hate to say I'm glad to hear you left your FT job...BUT I'M THRILLED FOR YOU!!! It was the best decision I ever made! It's not always easy, but I wouldn't have changed a moment of it. My kids are in 9th and 10th grade this year, and I can see my time with them ending. In just a few years they will be off to college. I was just saying last night, how thankful I am that I made this decision. Time goes by so fast, and I'm glad I could spend so much time with them while they were young. You won't regret it my friend!!! Can't wait to see you soon!

Thanks for the snow dusting suggestion, Paige! I definitely want to try out the snow additional, but my daughter doesn't do down for her nap until 12/12:30 my time so unless she changes her mind about needing me to play princess and castle with her, I won't be able to edit before the challenge is over. :p Hopefully, you get a chance to create your gingerbread insurance card! Not sure what you were thinking, but a burned gingerbread house would be so cute for insurance. :)

Hi Paige. I hope you won't think I'm being picky here, but since I wasn't sure myself of the proper grammar in this situation, I thought I would look it up. In Sentence Case, only the first word of the sentence is capitalized. But it turns out that Title Case is more complicated than I thought. I found this article interesting - http://grammar.about.com/od/grammarfaq/f/capitalstitle.htm As far as I can tell, no matter whose rules you choose to follow, "the" and "of" are never capitalized when used in the middle of a sentence. For design purposes, I can understand why you would want to have it the way you do (space-wise), but the part of me that is a little bit English Teacher finds it uncomfortable. It's still an incredibly beautiful design whichever way you go!

It was so nice to meet you today, Paige! THANK YOU for setting up such a great event - it was so much fun to create with so many people who get excited about paper projects. And the "Be Inspired" project was so much fun and turned out so beautiful - what a great idea! Hey! The Cinci Meet-Up was actually really fun. It was just I and Allison from Minted. I did get a cute shirt and lots of fun stationery. It was great to meet Allison and hear more about the company and the future! Really exciting stuff. Was bummed I didn't get a chance to meet you in person. Maybe next time!?! Hi Paige - Thank you for the sweet comment about Smitten! I'm really flattered :) About Sweet Swirls, it is a vector image that is repeated. But I bet you can make the same thing with the pen tool and a tablet. Looking forward to seeing more of your work at Minted.
