About the work
One of my favorite hiking places is Hitchcock Nature Center in Honey Creek, Iowa. This trail gives the perfect view of rolling farmland and train tracks in the Loess Hills between Iowa and Nebraska. This autumn scene captures the rich golds of the fields around harvest time. Acrylic on paper.
