About the work

The Sequoia Trees in many of California's National Parks are truly breathtaking. During my first visit to Sequoia National Forest, I was amazed by these giant trees. In order to realize their true size, you really need to experience them in person. However, this perspective gives some insight into their mammoth size. Here, I captured these trees towering over me and reaching the bright sky.

Matt loves exploring the outdoors and exploring cities through food and beverage. Matt fell in love with nature photography in San Diego, while capturing his adventures to local beaches and National Parks throughout CA.
