About the work

This modern color photograph features a beautiful gradient created as ocean water washes against the sand on a Tulum beach on the Yucatan peninsula. An ombre of luscious watery shades of blue, aqua, turquoise, indigo, sand, and white will make you feel like you're standing at the edge of the ocean every time you look at this print! The focus area is narrow, with a tasteful blur to the top and bottom so it really feels like you're focusing on a small strip of water. This image pairs beautifully with my print Blue Monday.
