The beautiful architecture of old and new buildings come together in a pleasing tangle of tones, textures and angles, oblivious to us as we rush around below them. A candid shot on the streets of Boston distilled into black and white. I love the juxtaposition of the strong old buildings and the constant motion of humanity in the streets below.

    about the artist

    byErin Beutel

    Mount Vernon, OH

I’ve always been captivated by the beauty of nature. As children we spent our days wandering barefoot through the lush forests of Ohio and later the untamed beauty of Nepal in the foothills of Everest. At 16 I picked up a camera and found my passion. Since then I have worked to capture my view of life. Each moment is precious and contains its own beauty, sometimes you just have to look harder to see it. My goal is to make images that remind us to find the beauty in our lives and savor it.
