About the work
I've always found inspiration in photographing the feeling I get from animal's eyes. A fierce Winter storm had passed and this Tibetan Yak seemed to stand still in peace. His eyes seemed to communicate a feeling of calm and I wanted to capture this mood and evoke a feeling of happiness to the viewer.
