About the work
Those of us that live in urban or even suburban cities miss out on magical moments that happen in nature. I try to find beauty and mystery in things I see everyday and pass those on to my son so he can feel the magic that is all around us. We make up little fairy tales about the things we see everyday. This painting was inspired by a story about a magical forest.
