About the work

The words of St. Romanos the Melodist, an Orthodox Christian saint, paint such a beautiful picture of the Nativity of our Lord. I was inspired by this excerpt to create a typographic art piece that celebrates the true meaning of the season initially as a holiday card but also now as a print that can be displayed year after year.
