About the work

A modern take on the vintage botanical. With this hand drawn series the artist uses bold strokes and off-set color blocks to create a fresh look with a texture overlay. Each figure highlights a different species of cacti. They can be paired together and displayed as a series or work individually as well. The simple layout allows each to work in an oval frame as well, further emulating the vintage vibe.
