About the work
During one of my photography trips to Paris I took numerous photos of the much photographed Eiffel Tower but with the beautiful trees in bloom the inspired me to create this acrylic over canvas photo print painting. The photo was printed in b&w on canvas and then acrylic paint applied over to accent certain parts of the painting and finished with a varnish to add depth and luster.
