About the work
This is a Digital Painting based on a photograph I took of the sand dunes near my home in Papamoa Beach, New Zealand. Every time I walk over the dunes the deep teal sea reveals itself and surprises me every time of its natural beauty. The muddy apricot tones of the dunes and the deep blue grey clouds behind create a beautiful palette.
