About the work
This piece was for sure a happy little accident. I was cleaning out my studio and had various unfinished projects lying around. A whoosh of air floated some of my watercolor punch outs onto this painting and a surprisingly fun collaboration was born. From there I just shaped the piece a bit, loving the little bouquet of colorful circles that formed.
