About the work

This illustration was inspired by a recent family vacation the Animal Kingdom where a quirky giraffe entertained us by hiding in a bush. The giraffe literally stuck only his head in the bush and stood completely still as we passed. Our entire family fell in love with the silly giraffe, so I decided I had to remember him with a drawing.
