About the work

The art depicts a young mermaid resting on her sea garden. As a little girl, I've always been fascinated by old stories about mermaids in the little coastal town where I live here in the Philippines, hence my obsession with the use of the different elements of the sea in my pieces. "Princess of the Sea" will make a really beautiful statement piece of wall art for your little girl's bedroom or playroom. It would look especially striking at a beach house.
