About the work

We moved to the Southern California alpine mountain town of Lake Arrowhead from the L.A. Coast amidst one of the snowiest late winters in modern history. I grew up back east but hadn't seen substantial snow in 10 years since moving to Los Angeles so this particular morning felt especially magical as I bundled up, grabbed my camera, and stepped outside into a winter wonderland. This soft, dreamy snow-covered pine tree print is the first print in my "Wonderland" series. Created for cabins, lodges, farmhouses, fireplace mantles, and any other winter-lover's space for a seasonal or year-round touch of soft, fresh, serene alpine beauty.
