Painted Canyon 2 is part of series shot in the Southern California desert. Mecca Hills is home to the oldest and most diverse geology in California. Located on the San Andreas fault line, rock and stone has been pushed and shoved for millennia to reveal the beautiful layers known as Painted Canyon. It's a reminder that beauty takes many different forms and is often born from time and pressure.
