About the work

Taking a closer look with my camera to capture the details of flowers, insects and plants is my passion.Trough my camera lens I gain insights into structures and colours that reveal nature's extraordinary beauty and fragility, transforming small things into awe and wonder. This is a detailed photograph of lichen, taken on the coast of Croatia, our family's summer haunt. While walking along the coastline, the combination of the vibrant ochre yellow lichen growing on the subtle tones of light grey limestone rock never fails to fascinate me.
