Beautiful Bokeh Balls with water droplets taken during the Blue Hour. The Blue Hour is the twilight period at dawn or dusk. As for Bokeh, it can be described as the way a lens renders out-of-focus points of light. This piece pairs beautifully with my "Blue Bokeh Hour 1".
