About the work
I was keen on trying to connect a group of trees with a clearing beyond of plain, fresh fields with a distant horizon line. This fictional landscape, with rich and expressive brushstrokes, is both poetic and serene, offering the viewer a way in and around the main path.

I have a continuous curiosity of things involving art and design, nature, music, architecture, and photography, and inspiration is never in short supply. With a great cup of coffee and most likely a tasty pastry too, I'm always up for a Minted Challenge. But just as easily is any happy chance to hang out with my wife and kids and our terrific dog and cats.
