About the work

Inspired by " a slight chance" of rain, this cloud painting is part of my ongoing sky series. The sky has been a frequent theme in my paintings for the last several years, and I have developed a following of fellow sky lovers. I am inspired by the beautiful surroundings of the Bucks County area where I live. Other artists and friends will send me images of cloud formations during their journeys, or while just sitting in their backyard. What great messages to receive! I love the possibilities, the quietness, and the drama all packed into clouds - they are wonderful to paint.
