About the work

I am inspired by natural forms that I find in my own lush garden and local parks. I like to photograph delicate textures and use the digital medium to create abstract images leading to fresh ways to view nature. I am drawn to hydrangea flowers for their large bloom flower heads, detailed petal formation, and whimsical feel.
