Inspired by the lush rainforest landscape on a recent trip to Costa Rica, “la flor” represents a singular, abstract flower with large wavering leaves. This tissue collage depicts a fictional flower that captures a blend of the fluidity and vibrancy of actual tropical botanicals and imbued with the friendly and welcoming ethos of “pura vida.”
