About the work

Growing up in the Bay Area, I always loved the days we would hike through the foothills. Now that I have moved away, I wanted to create a painting that would capture the magnificent golden hue of the grass, and the aqua haze of the autumn sky. My hope is that painting will invoke warmth and serenity, as I felt in my childhood.

    I'm a Bay Area artist, now located in Highland Utah. I am a mother of 3 amazing kids, who are my biggest source of inspiration. I work along side my mom, Shauna, and together we paint and create original textiles. I love to work with all kids of mediums, especially watercolor and oil paint. I love to create art that is a reflection of the joy and beauty that is all around us.
