As an artist, I am often inspired by those who express their creativity with materials and means much different from those that I use. I am often inspired by the world of fashion, and this painting was inspired by a high-fashion resort-wear dress. The deep blue fades into tones of turquoise, pale green-yellow, and neutral tones.
