About the work

Before Chicago sent their old Navy Pier ferris wheel to Branson, Missouri, I snapped this picture during it's last weeks in Chicago. It was a bittersweet time for me, and also for other Chicagoans I'm sure. Our beloved ferris wheel is gone! This photo brings back memories for me and the many trips I took downtown to visit Navy Pier, and I hope it will for others too.
