I’ve never met an ice-cream cone I didn’t like, even one made of paper. So, if you’re celebrating National Ice Cream Day this Sunday, you can whip up this whimsical garland in about 30 minutes flat with materials you probably have on hand.
Click through for the step-by-step instructions…
• Colored paper
• Corrugated cardboard (I found a roll at the craft store)
• Circle punch
1. Punch out circles from colored paper and cut out triangles from corrugated cardboard. The wide end of the triangle should be about the width of the diameter of the circle.
2. Attach the circle of paper to the cardboard with tape or glue.
3. Attach finished ice cream cones to twine by stringing with a needle or taping.
