About Shannon Mayhew

Born and raised in small town Iowa, I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. My grandma was an artist and painter as well, so I know my talent and love for art came from her. For me, it's relaxing sitting down to create something beautiful with pencils or watercolors. My home studio is based in beautiful, historic Madison County, Iowa where I'm constantly inspired by the amazingly beautiful colors that nature provides us.
