In our mind's eye, we often imagine architecture as an inert feature of our world. But architecture can surprise with immense fluidity when wandering a beautiful city. Here, the enticingly incomplete view of Rome’s Santa Maria della Pace theatrically emerges from a street’s ink-wash shadows.
