When I got to Mexico on vacation I was so inspired by all of the wild cactus plants growing as well as all of the potted cactus plants out as decor. I had brought my sketchbook with me so I would set down and just start sketching cactus. When I got home I put some bright watercolor paint on the piece to really bring it to life.
