Is every appointment with a concierge free?

Yes! Every appointment is free (except for one).

The one paid appointment is our Paid Wedding Website appointment ($49), during which a wedding expert will begin uploading your information and provide tips to make your website uniquely yours. This appointment also includes a complimentary upgrade to a custom URL (a $15 value) for the most personal website.

How many appointments am I allowed to have?

While we don’t limit the number of appointments you can have, we encourage you to work with your concierge to determine the number that might be needed. You can also email with your concierge at any time.

Can I work with the same concierge from start to finish?

Yes, your concierge will send you an email following your appointment to continue supporting you with anything you need. They’ll also share a personal booking link to schedule a follow-up meeting if needed. We encourage customers to work with one concierge when possible.

If I am planning an event not listed on this landing page, can I still get help from a concierge?

Yes, we can help you with your stationery needs. When selecting an appointment type not listed, just select “other” when asked about the specifics of the event in the intake form.

Will a concierge member place my order for me?

A concierge will not be able to place your order for you. If you have a Minted account, a concierge can access your account and can place all your items in your cart for you.

What can a concierge member help me do?

A concierge can help you find your stationery, personalize your design, discover stationery for an upcoming event, and even build your wedding website. A concierge is here to help you on your stationery journey.

What if I have additional questions for my concierge after our appointment?

After your appointment, your concierge will send a detailed follow-up email. You can email back and forth with your concierge at any time.

What if I do not want to meet with a concierge member on camera?

We understand, sometimes being on camera is not possible! We advise you to select our “email appointment” option. With this appointment type, we can help you with your stationery via email only. You will receive an email response from your concierge before the selected time of this appointment type.

What if I only have general ideas in mind? Can a concierge still assist me?

Your concierge is happy to help you find the perfect design for your event. If you don’t have a particular design in mind, it helps to come prepared with inspiration and ideas about what you are looking for. Your concierge will offer recommendations based on the answers in the intake form and any details you share during the consultation.
