This spring I've discovered my love for capturing nature, specifically flowers, here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. During this series, I experimented by shooting very close and using strong contrasts. I really enjoy studying the play between light and shadow. This impromptu shot was found during one of my daily walks where I try to decompress and enjoy nature.
