The inspiration behind Kaleidoscope Mountain comes from a period in my life when I lived in The Algarve, Portugal. It was a very important time in my life. My son and I rented an old pink farmhouse in the country during Covid and this home became a sanctuary for us. I marvelled at the change of seasons and all the variations in colour that came with it. This is what I saw outside, so many hues of pinks and browns with an ever-changing sky. The nature was soothing, healing and I will always be grateful to this time and the art that fell out of me during our stay there. This is a stand-alone piece.
