The fog was thick, making the horizon nonexistent. The birds would seemingly disappear in and out of the fog and flew with such grace that I felt they were putting on a show just for me. I'm drawn to simplicity, life and whimsy. I feel 'Flocking' embodies all three of these elements making this piece a bold statement.
