The inspiration for this piece was the afternoon sun casting shadows on my canvas while I painted. I was so captivated by the shadows dancing on the canvas that I had to stop and shoot them, creating a series of moody images that combine my love for photography and painting. This piece, and several others I have created, complements my recent "Editor's Pick" winner.
