This project along another piece were part of my exploration of Japanese ink painting style Sumi-e. Very traditional ink movements and noting the synergy it created with water added a minimalist look to the work, making it suitable to almost any space.

She allows her experiences to influence much of her work, and believes that each viewer discovers their own interpretation based on their internal state and environment.
