I am forever inspired by the shapes of plant leaves and their organic lines. These plants were found at the Volunteer Park Conservatory in Seattle, Washington — a place I could visit daily if I lived close enough! The leaves of the bird of paradise plant may be some of my very favorites, and this piece is inspired by a zoomed in look at those leaves!
