About the work

Color, texture and composition are some of the elements that drive designers and photographers. So when I came across a farmer's lemon basket in a marketplace in Levanto, Italy, it caught my eye. Little did the farmer know that how he had displayed his lemons for sale fit the trifecta of beautiful color, texture and composition. In addition, the way in which he crafted his sign using hand lettering only complimented this scene even more. Beautiful design can be found in everything...you just have to look for it.
