This photo was taken in the Shoreline park in Mountain View, California. The marsh here is a havens for waterfowl of all types. Wading birds, like egrets and herons, search for food in the shallow waters at high tide. This picture makes an impression that the little egret hides in a safe place behind the high grass. I also liked the reflection of the bird in the water.
