Frame Close-upVisiting family friends in Canada several years ago I took pictures of rocks and water, which is one of my favorite motifs. I love sketching these compositions in my sketchbook because it gives me more freedom to explore the basic elements of rock verses water. I also love working out the contrast, the density with ink marks.
