This image began as a photograph of a waterfall. I loved the rich colors of blue, green, turquoise and golden browns, as well as the movement of the water. Using artistic methods, I blended the colors and the waves of water to enhance the patterns of color and motion. The resulting abstract work of art plays to the notion of flowing water with a painted feel.
