About the work
Our summer home on Long Island, NY is my favorite place to be. I love going on my morning run with my dogs Coby and Hopper, and we always pass by this vacant and rustic farm house. It sits in a field of golden grass and is weathered and distressed. I've painted this house numerous times. Each year it decays a little more, but I love it anyway.
