I created this piece in search of something new. My typical style of colorful and cloudy smudges has been taken over with black ink stripes recently. I wanted to combine my love for color and geometrical shapes into one piece of art. The colors I chose reminded me of the mid-century modern era that carried vibrant pastel hues and bold strokes.
