AI.Distraction invites us to accept the new artificial intelligence innovations while realizing nothing will replace our brains. Every machine works with a person giving instructions; they are tools helping, not replacements. The painting shows a double abstract portrait. They are acting like twin mirrors, opposite images of a cyborg.
I always begin these paintings by working on the features of the faces to transform them. After I glue them on a large-size eco-friendly handcrafted support, I expand them over the support with precise acrylic lines with the aim of connection. Connection to that, sometimes scary, digital world within us.
