Summer in Venice shows a gondola in the beautiful canals of Venice. The bridge you see is the 'Bridge of Sighs' or 'Ponte dei Sospiri' in Italian and connects to the Doge's Palace. The view from the bridge was the last view of Venice that convicts saw before their imprisonment. From the suggestion that prisoners would sigh at their final view of beautiful Venice through the window before being taken down to their cells. Not a bad view if you can have one last view. This photo is shot during the summer and it leads your eye from left to right all the way into the distance. It has a lot of depth and the neutral colors with the blue water and the white of the limestone will look good in any house.
