A while back, my husband and I took a trip to Big Bend national park. Have you been? It's awesome in its remoteness. You can drive for miles without seeing another soul. (I'm not gonna lie, it was a little scary. I mean, if something happened, who would find you?) Anyhoo, it was hot and sunny for most of our trip, but on one day, in one afternoon only, the clouds rolled in. It was so incredible, we pulled over to the side of the road and took pictures. The photographer in me just couldn't miss a photo op like this. The clouds seem to mirror the rolling hills underneath, don't you think?

Being raised by creative parents who, among other things, made their own Christmas cards at the kitchen table, I learned how much fun it was to make things with my hands. I grew up with paints, crayons, and colored pencils. Later in life I turned all that creativity towards graphic design for both print and digital products. My design style is ever evolving but often reflects my love of working with color and textures.
