I live near a nature preserve, so I've had the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife up close and personal. Whether it's a herd of deer, a noisy woodpecker, a pack of coyotes, or a soaring egret, I am in awe of each and every animal I see. This beautiful feather, which belonged to a red-tailed hawk, was discovered in my own front yard.
