Rueda de Fortuna, or wheel of fortune, is a reoccurring character in the cast of our local street fair. My hometown, which was founded by a Spanish settler, celebrates a little bit of that culture with our Fiesta street fair. This wheel is famous for it's view, and the layout of the first street in our town can be seen from the top of it's arc. One of two.
